What is saved
Your inquiry email and temporary browser session, or signed-in account ID and email, name, business name, project choices, brief, document links, attachments, quotes, and payment references are stored to manage your project.
Who can access it
Full project records and files are available to your signed-in account and approved studio owners. Before account creation, the browser that sent your inquiry can see its reference, project name, status, and quoted amount through a private cookie for up to 30 days. Linking an inquiry requires that browser cookie and a signed-in account with the same email. Document links you provide retain their original provider’s sharing settings.
Account sign-in
Clerk manages Google and email authentication, verification codes, and secure sessions for Teset. We require a verified email before granting access to account records. Google receives sign-in requests only if you choose Google. Existing accounts can link their project history while signed into both accounts. Clerk’s privacy policy explains its handling of authentication data.
Payments
When enabled, payments take place on Stripe’s hosted checkout. This site stores transaction references and status, not full card numbers or banking credentials. Stripe’s privacy terms apply to payment processing.
Identity verification
When the studio requests identity verification for a project, you choose whether to proceed. Stripe hosts document collection and verification. Teset stores only the verification reference, status, and the studio’s request reason. Identity documents are not uploaded to Teset. Contact the studio to request deletion of verification data; Stripe’s retention and redaction procedures apply.
Documents
Only upload files you have permission to share. Do not include passwords, bank statements, sensitive personal records, or payment details. Automatic malware and link scanning is awaiting setup. Files and submitted links are marked not scanned, and new payments for those requests are held. No upload or link is sent to Malwarebytes or another scanner until a supported service is connected. File-type validation does not establish that a document is safe.
Cookies and drafts
Sign-in uses authentication cookies. Sending an inquiry without an account creates an essential, HttpOnly browser cookie that lasts up to 30 days. The brief builder temporarily saves text choices in your browser session if you leave to sign in. It removes that draft after successful submission or when you start over. Uploaded files are not saved in that browser draft.
Corrections and deletion
Contact the studio through the contact page to request corrections or deletion. Before public launch, Teset must confirm its business contact, retention policy, and applicable legal terms.
